By accessing or using HaarKaam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

HaarKaam is a marketplace platform that connects independent service providers with customers.

HaarKaam does not perform the services itself and is not the employer of the service providers.

While we perform background checks, we do not guarantee the quality or safety of any specific service provided.

The contract for the actual service performance is directly between the Customer and the Provider.

Payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways to be covered by our safety policies.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service may incur a penalty fee.

Service providers must accurately represent their pricing and not request 'offline' payments beyond the platform.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as per our dispute resolution policy.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Harassment, fraud, or abusive behavior towards other users will result in immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Circumventing our platform to avoid service fees is strictly prohibited.

HaarKaam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

Maximum liability to any user is limited to the total fees paid by that user in the last 6 months.
